HOW WE WORK

Delivered the way we run a product.

Because we build and operate our own enterprise platform, we run your project with clear phases, short feedback loops, transparent communication and quality built in at every step.

Engagement models

Pick the model that fits your project.

Three ways to engage, the same product-grade delivery discipline behind each.

Predictable

Fixed / Milestone

Scope and cost agreed upfront, delivered milestone by milestone.
Best when requirements are clear and you want predictable budget and timeline.
Dedicated

ODC (Dedicated Team)

A dedicated team operating as part of your organization, under your priorities and security standards.
Best for ongoing development and long-term capacity.
Adaptive

Hybrid

Start with ODC while scope takes shape, then switch to fixed-price as requirements clarify.
Best when you want to move fast now without locking scope too early.
★Proof point: a national e-wallet ecosystem — microservice architecture, a dedicated team at scale.
Delivery process

A delivery process built for products, not just tickets.

You always know what’s being built, why, and what comes next.

1

Discovery & scoping

We understand your idea, clarify the real problem, define goals and success criteria, and agree the engagement model.
2

Architecture & planning

Solution and architecture design (microservices, API-first, event-driven), tech-stack, backlog, estimates and a roadmap.
3

Agile build (sprints)

Iterative development with working software each sprint. Daily standups, sprint planning and a demo every sprint.
4

Quality assurance

Automated and manual testing — functional, regression, performance, security — as a built-in gate, not an afterthought.
5

Release & deployment

CI/CD pipelines (build → test → deploy), staged rollout, environment and release management.
6

Support & evolution

Proactive monitoring, incident response, enhancements and new releases that keep your product future-ready.
How we keep it transparent
Dedicated PM
A single point of contact, end to end.
Communication cadence
Daily standups, weekly reports, sprint demos — your channels and timezone overlap.
Tooling
Jira (or your tracker), Git, code review, CI/CD; shared boards and dashboards.
Definition of Done
Acceptance criteria, code review, tests passing and documentation for every increment.
Risk management
Early flagging, mitigation plans and change control so surprises are rare.
Trust & security

Your code, your data, your IP — protected and yours.

Security isn’t a checkbox at the end; it’s how we engineer from day one — the same discipline we use to run our platform at 99.99% uptime.

IP & confidentiality

You own the IP — all source code and deliverables belong to you, per contract.
NDA in place before we see anything sensitive.
Dedicated, controlled access under your security standards (ODC).

Secure engineering (SDLC)

Security at design, code review and testing; secure coding and dependency hygiene.
Automated and manual security testing as part of QA.
Role-based access control, least privilege and audit logging.

Data protection & resilience

Multi-layer security and end-to-end encryption.
Backup and recovery, multi-site redundancy, business continuity.
ISO 27001 certification on the roadmap. GDPR is a compliance framework, not a certification.
Security overview document available on request.

Frequently asked

What clients usually ask before getting started.

Who owns the source code and IP?

You do — all of it. Every line of code, document and work product belongs to you the moment it's created, and we sign an NDA before reviewing anything sensitive.

How do we communicate and collaborate? What about time zones?

Your team gets direct communication channels, sprint standups and demos. We work in Vietnam time (GMT+7) and arrange overlapping hours for clients in other time zones.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed-price for clear scope (committed price and timeline), or ODC billed as a monthly dedicated team for continuous development. Hybrid combines both. We propose the model after a scoping call.

How long does it take to spin up a team?

Typically 2–4 weeks once scope and engagement model are agreed, depending on how rare the required skills are. For fixed-price projects, discovery & architecture starts right after signing.

What happens if scope changes mid-project?

With an ODC, priorities can shift sprint to sprint without renegotiating the contract. With fixed-price, changes go through a transparent change-request process covering cost and schedule impact.

How is our data protected?

Least-privilege access with audit logs; production data never goes to dev environments; secure SDLC, code review and security testing are built into the process.

Let’s scope your project the right way.
