Find, develop and convert international clients for outsourcing services (IT / software / digital). Build an international pipeline, deliver consultative proposals, and close contracts to hit revenue targets.
Job Description
- Client Development (Lead Generation): Source potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, personal network and events. Build lead lists and reach out to clients in the US, EU and APAC. Run cold outreach and coordinate with Marketing on campaigns.
- Consultative Selling & Opportunity Development: Discover client needs (scope, timeline, budget). Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable outsourcing solutions. Prepare proposals and demos; advise on pricing and contract terms with the Sales Manager.
- Client Management & Long-term Development: Maintain relationships with existing clients, surface upsell / cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with delivery to ensure service quality.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM clean and accurate, report pipeline and revenue forecasts weekly / monthly, and propose improvements to market approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics or related field.
- 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Account Executive. Outsourcing, IT services, SaaS or agency experience preferred. International client experience is a significant advantage.
- Lead generation, B2B consultative selling, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, communication) for international clients.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM and email outreach tools is a plus.
- Preference for candidates who apply AI in their work.
- Proactive, result-oriented, persistent — not afraid of rejection in outbound sales.
