Business Development Executive

Find, develop and convert international clients for outsourcing services (IT / software / digital). Build an international pipeline, deliver consultative proposals, and close contracts to hit revenue targets.

Job Description

  • Client Development (Lead Generation): Source potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, personal network and events. Build lead lists and reach out to clients in the US, EU and APAC. Run cold outreach and coordinate with Marketing on campaigns.
  • Consultative Selling & Opportunity Development: Discover client needs (scope, timeline, budget). Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable outsourcing solutions. Prepare proposals and demos; advise on pricing and contract terms with the Sales Manager.
  • Client Management & Long-term Development: Maintain relationships with existing clients, surface upsell / cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with delivery to ensure service quality.
  • Reporting & Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM clean and accurate, report pipeline and revenue forecasts weekly / monthly, and propose improvements to market approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics or related field.
  • 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Account Executive. Outsourcing, IT services, SaaS or agency experience preferred. International client experience is a significant advantage.
  • Lead generation, B2B consultative selling, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, communication) for international clients.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, CRM and email outreach tools is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates who apply AI in their work.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, persistent — not afraid of rejection in outbound sales.

Sales Admin

Support the sales team end-to-end — sales process, customer data, commission calculation, sales materials and sales-related administration — accurately and efficiently.

Job Description

  • CRM & customer data: Maintain CRM data (Sales Hub), run a weekly hygiene check (clean, no duplicates, no gaps), and track pipeline deals across 3 product lines so no follow-up is missed.
  • Commission & revenue tracking: Compute monthly commission for the whole team (Outsourcing, BOP, Launch) per company policy. Reconcile revenue figures to 100 % accuracy before approval. Produce daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.
  • Sales operations support: Receive and process orders from sales or clients. Prepare quotes, contracts and proposals. Track each order from placement to delivery and payment.
  • Task tracker & reporting: Manage the Sales Task Tracker (task and KPI per person), prepare the Weekly Scorecard for team meetings, and compile the Monthly Dashboard for the Sales Manager.
  • Sales materials: Draft and update sales decks, brochures and one-pagers. Prepare case studies, testimonials and demo material. Support campaigns, promotions and events. Keep everything aligned with the latest product information.
  • Operations & internal coordination: Track customer payment status and support sales with collection reminders. Archive contracts and sales documents.

Requirements

  • College / Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • At least 1 year in Sales Admin / Sales Support / Admin. Sales or software-company background preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot table, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • CRM experience is a significant advantage.
  • Preference for candidates who apply AI in their work; eager to learn.
  • Strong organisation, multi-tasking and cross-team coordination.
  • Basic design tool experience (Canva) is a plus for sales materials.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, comfortable under pressure, proactive.
